A Place for Time... Lapses

I wasn't doing a good job keeping my other timelapse page current, so I set this up so that I could just drop the latest here.

  • My Roomba cleaning our new carpet at 150 times speed.
  • The sunset from Chaz, Christine, and Lara's house.
  • Hang gliding lessons. I would have gotten more, but the wind knocked the camera over.
  • The short short flight from Philadelphia to Baltimore.
  • The "snell snell trein" from Amsterdam to Utrecht.
  • Outside a cafe in Amsterdam.
  • Dinner in Amsterdam.
  • This is perhaps my best movie. The story is that I drove from Worcester MA, to Baltimore MD, then fell asleep and dreamt about Copenhagen, etc..
  • Beans coming alive.
  • At the Lincoln monument during cherry blossom season.
  • I didn't take these pictures, but I wrote a script to download them off a webcam. This is the market in Bonn.
  • This is the same as above, but each the pictures are taken a day apart.
  • Looking east (toward Canton) from the World Trade Center in Baltimore. Notice the traffic patterns on the grid in the background.
  • A snowy day on Fremont Avenue in Baltimore.
  • Gabe and Tom's party.
  • A pedestrian bridge in Baltimore's inner harbor.
  • A ride on one of London's double deckers.
  • A rocky beach in Maine during summer.
  • The Marcmas party late in the night.
  • Sunset on Martin Luther King Boulevard.
  • Ocean City MD. The people flow even more smoothly than a liquid.
  • Ohare Airport. Notice the line of planes in the background.
  • The parking lot filling up at UMBC.
  • Me and Blez toying with stop-motion.
  • More stop-motion toying by me and Blez.
  • Driving through the San Luis Valley (in Colorado) at Mach 10.
  • Sunrise at The Ranch.
  • Me and Serhat unpacking in our new place.
  • Part of a year in Washington DC. This is from a webcam.
  • Also from a webcam. Several years over the grand canyon. I was hoping to see some erosion, but that must take longer. These are taken at the same time every day, so you can see the shadows getting longer until the solstice, then growing again.
  • Doug's Housewarming Party
  • Martin Luther King Day
